Come Work With Us!

Red Rocks Sexual Wellness Collective is a place where your curiosity, growth, and heart won’t just be welcomed, they’ll be nurtured. We’re a collective of therapists, educators, and healers who believe the work is just as much about showing up for one another as it is for our clients. You’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload, use the modalities that resonate with you, and collaborate with a team that understands the nuance of this work.

Our practice specializes in sex and relationship therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and pre/post-natal support. We believe wellness is rooted in whole-body care, which is why we’re growing our interdisciplinary team of therapists, body workers, educators, and clinicians working together to support our clients through life’s most intimate transitions.

We’re building a safe, affirming, and clinically excellent space for healing and growth. Our clients are insightful, open-hearted, and committed to growth. They’re looking for an affirming space, and so are you. Here, we build that space together.

  • Clinical Freedom, Real Support: Choose your own treatment modalities and enjoy direct access to case consultations and supportive peers.

  • Diverse, Engaged Clientele: Our clients are often seeking care for sex therapy, gender and identity exploration, perinatal transitions, relationship challenges, and processing trauma.

What You'll Do

Your work is deeply personal, human, and healing. A typical day might start with a gentle check-in with a colleague about a client’s progress, followed by an individual session with a new parent navigating the complexities of identity post-birth. Later, you might lead a session focused on sexual communication in long-term partnerships, or support a trans client exploring body image in a new relationship.

Across the week, your work might include:

  • Providing individual, couple, or group therapy with a focus on sex and relationship therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and/or perinatal mental health.

  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and collaboratively develop care plans with clients.

  • Engaging in case consultation, supervision (if applicable), and integrated care coordination with other providers.

  • Participating in occasional community workshops or client education (optional but encouraged).

  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation with support from our admin team.

You’ll be trusted to do your work with autonomy, care, and curiosity and we’ll have your back every step of the way.

  • Are a licensed clinician in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist). License-eligible candidates with strong experience also considered.

  • Have 4+ years of post-grad clinical experience, with at least some experience or training in sex therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming work, perinatal, or parenthood support.

  • Are warm, curious, affirming, and thoughtful in how you show up for clients and colleagues.
